For more refined results, put some terms in quotes, i.e.

(Searches for articles with "acid rain" and "Connecticut".)
You can also selectively remove terms by placing a minus sign before them:
acid -rain
(Searches for articles with "acid" but without "rain".)
"west coast" -California -"Ronald Reagan"
(Searches for articles with "west coast" but not "California" or "Ronald Reagan".)
Note that E Magazine's search bar (on the top right of the screen) accepts the same codes, but automatically performs a full text search. You have the choice of other types of search below.
