Internships are available year-round in our editorial and
advertising, and marketing/business development departments. Hours vary from 10 to 40 per week, and internships usually last
three months, often coinciding with the academic calendar. College credit is
available, but because E Magazine is a non-profit endeavor, internships
are unpaid.
As the largest independent environmental magazine
on the newsstand today with a circulation of 50,000, E Magazine serves an
important role as the voice for the environmental movement and as a vital
information source on national and international coverage of environmental
issues. Founded in 1990, E Magazine is sponsored by the Earth Action
Network, a non-profit organization located in Norwalk, CT. In an attempt to stay
consistent with our values and goals, we print our magazine on recycled paper
and screen our advertisers carefully.
